Q: Can you send sample for comfirmation, it is free?
Re: Yes, of course we can, but sample fee is not free, you will pay
them, include freight cost, the cost can be
deducted in your future orders when order in bulk.
Q: What's warranty?
Re: Each Pos pc will have one year (12 months) warranty. Free
components will be offered for repair in warranty
period, if the issue caused by non-artificial damages.
Q: How about the MOQ?
Re: No MOQ limitation for the standard products, but the unit price
is different. For customized production, you can
discuss the MOQ with our sales department.
